Don't even think about sending proposals before you have learned how things work here. Take the Academy courses first (https://community.upwork.com/t5/Learning-Paths/ct-p/LearningPaths) and do your homework. It is useless to send proposals with the profile you have now. You will end up only being scammed or ignored altogether.
