How to offer different rates

I'm new to UpWork and am a bit confused by the intial "name your rate" option. I'm offering several services in multiple areas of work that range in cost from $20/hr - $75/hr. What is the best way to go about that? I feel like giving a flat rate is a bit misleading if someone asks for a higher priced service. (ex: copyediting on a short blog article vs. website design)

When you submit a proposal for a specific job, there's a space for you to specify the rate you are bidding. It need not match what you happen to have identified on your profile as your rate.

As far as I know, you can't specify different rates on your profile itself, at least not in that field that asks you for your rate. I suppose you could explain in the text portion of your profile that you charge different rates for different types of work.
