I've made an account with Upwork and I am stuck at the verification of my email step because I am not recieving any verification mails. I've tried for hours on end but even after requesting multiple resends, the mail just won't come.
I've checked the junk folder and the spam folder and contact Gmail support too, and they tell me the mail never reached their servers.
Can somebody help me resolve this issue please!

I am also not receiving my verification email. It is not in my spam or junk folders. The site is glitching (not sure if it's because I'm not verified) amd I cannot access any support!

I checked and it seems that the email for the verification was already sent successfully to your email account. Please check your Spam/Junk folder in case the email went there.

I checked your account and it looks like the email address currently on file is verified. Are you trying to update your email address? If so, could you please click on my picture next to this post and send me a private message with the email address you're trying to add?

Hi Andrea,
I believe I have an old, inactive Gmail account with Upwork. But when I try to reset password or log on, I'm not getting Upwork's verification emails to Gmail. I've resent and have a client send me an invite, I've checked my Spam / Trash folders, etc. But I'm still not getting any Upwork emails. I've created a new Gmail and Upwork account, but I'd like to resume activity using my old one.
Can you please help / assist? Thanks.
