I cannot access my other upwork account

Hi I already created my account and already submitted a proposal , for some reason I can access my create upwork account on my work computer where I initially sign up but when I used other devices like phone or other computers it wont allow me to access it . I used my google account to sign in , and everytime i used it on other device it doesnt recognized it.
