I didn't receive money from Upwork to Payoneer account

Hello, I tried to withdraw money from Upwork to Payoneer two days ago and I've only recieved Upwork's email that my payment is requested, but no emails from Payoneer that they recieved the money.

The Number of transaction is 398104715

this is my first withdraw please help !
