Hello, I don't have a camera for video verify, I did submitted ticket for my case and I'm willing to verify my account by any officials/legit documents and a supporter from Upwork team did response to my case but what she guide me is not work at all, it has been 2 days from last time I reply to her response that what she guided me is not work at all and for now, no one in support team reply me yet.
The supporter ask me to click to the link to connect to verify account staff but that link lead to the image as in my attachment which I have no way to connect to any staff there ?
What should I do now?
