ID will not verify

hello, i tried to verify my ID multiple times but it keeps telling me try again. I went to settings to try to fix it but the verify identity option isn't there

I can remember having this issue too.

My issue was a mismatching name. My last name on Upwork was different from the last name on my government-issued card.
