Upwork will not accept the scanned image of my ID for verification. I am unable to locate a phone number or email address to contact customer support about this issue, Currently do not know what to do about this issue

I also am having this issue. It has refused my ID a number of times and says I am at the maximum number of attemps. From there it directs me to a customer support page that does not seem to exist. Assistance with this issue would be most appreciated.
