First of all, you filled in you have fluent English. Sorry but I have no idea what you are talking about, and I am not sure if your text reflects fluent English level.

If you are afraid that potencial client does not see your proposal while you are offline, do not worry about it. Clients get all proposals and if they are interested for your skills, They will contact you anytime. 🙂
