Member ship Plan

i was checking the member ship plans can i get it back to free ?
Its charged $10 from my card

Hi Uzair,

Yes you can switch back to our Basic free plan at any time, go to Settings > Membership&Connects to change your plan. If you would like to read more details about this check out this Help Article, thank you!

Since you have been charged membership plan, I advise you to wait for a month and cancel it the day before it is automatically renewed. That way, you won't have paid for nothing.

 

Among other things, it will help you get an idea of what other people are bidding for a job, which I find very interesting.

Can i get back charged amount ?

I know its good i want to start up from free connects

Unfortunately no. As Luce has advised you, you can finish this month and switch back to our Basic plan, you will not be charged again. Thank you!
