I am ready to start completing projects, but I would have liked to double check that my tax information was sent to UpWork, successfully. How could I go about asking UpWork about this issue? Any guidance or direction would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I believe if you completed the instructions here then you are good to go.  I don't recall getting any kind of actual confirmation after completing this form.
