Need help with couple of issues

Our company was not setup write.

Wrong location was set and wrong name.

Now we get the following message

Financial transactions for your company have been limited. Please check your email for additional information or contact customer support.

Also we bought the connects inadvertently under the freelancer account rather than agency.
