Hi I am trying to work on upwork. though I have proper experience with data entry web research customer support through phone lead generating, but I couldn't get any job on this site. how can I get a job with my experience please help me

It can be difficult at first, not winning jobs like you expect to, but you just have to be persistent and not give up. 

You can update your profile and edit your profile overview, expand it with your skills and experiences. Take a few tests and add some portfolio items to showcase your skills.
