I am new to UpWork. I have put in so many proposals and I have not received any responses, even that it has been archived. Does anyone else experience this? Any tips/tricks to getting started and getting replies?

I have a question: Most of the clients ask for experienced freelancers? If I have good working knowledge and have no experience, what should I do?
