Remove the introduction.  The first two lines are what a client sees in a search so make sure they stand out.  As for your packages, include in the allocated section.  For $5 an hour, you will attract the wrong type of clients asking for more and giving you poor feedback.  Never guarantee delivery dates or make empty promises.
