Hi! Please how do you turn an active proposal to an active contract?

I was invited to interview and I got the job. Now I have started the project, but I can't find any active contract

The job only shows on active proposal, but there's no active contract so I can track my hours

Is this a problem on my end or on my client's end? And what can be done to fix it?

On the client's end. They have to set up the contract, send an offer, them you accept. After that, it will show up in your jobs. Don't ever do any work until you have a contract in place that you are happy with.
