I am new to Upwork and have been submitting a lot of proposals but none of them seem to reach out to me. Please advise on how I can get projects and interest in my profile

I get same thing and when job is closed or expired i can`t get back my connects.

Your English is at a conversational level... which might be one of the reasons you're not getting hired. The service you render requires fluency as the minimum. No serious client would be willing to hire a freelancer whose English language skill is at a conversational level as an Admin support. Improve your language skill, keep submitting proposals and you'll definitely land your first job.
