I'm not getting any response of my proposals 😞 I submitted like 15 proposals. But didnt get a single response.

 1. have you researched your competition? What are they offering, at what rate?

2. What can you do best, or better than most of your competition?

3. Have you diligently evaluated each job offer that you wrote a proposal to? Was it a good fit, had the client a good trustworthy history, good hiring rate, etc. Have you been confident that you understand the job offered, and were able to do it easily with your skill-set?

4. Have you read all the valuable tips for newbies, and applied them?

5. Take tests. Your profile looks sparse. Don't say that you are willing to learn. Clients don't want to be your trial and error project...

Beware of scammers, clients wanting free work and boxes!

Also, you say that you have 5 years of upwork experience, yet show not one single job completed, or in progress. That could be confusing to clients.
