Old account vs new account

Hello, few years back i created upwork account but didn't use it, so i had 0 review and $0 earnings now when i came back to upwork i saw my old account was closed so i reached out community by new account and requested them to reopen my old account and they reopened it, now i want your honest suggestion should i start by new account or old because I need to use single account as per upwork policy.

Note: My old account has 0 review and $0 earnings

You are not allowed to have a new account. If you get caught with two accounts, Upwork will probably suspend all of your accounts.

Use the old account.

Don't create a new account.
