Hi there. I'm a new freelancer and over the past week, I've sent approximately 12 proposals for jobs and still no replies were sent back. Is it possible I'm not doing something right?

If you're submitting proposals to native English clients, they will know right away you're not a native English speaker/writer which is essential for a customer service rep. Your profile is filled with grammatical errors (sentences starting with a list, incorrect placement of capital letters, etc.). So I don't believe you have good verbal and written skills as you indicate. Try taking classes or changing your profile positioning. Add testimonials to your profile.

There are no guarantees to being successful on Upwork. You're competing with thousands who have tons of experience. Make sure you stand out.
