Payment Declined for Upwork Plus Membership

I want to buy membership in upwork but unfortunately my master debit card is not authorized to make payment. I don't know why this is happening? Although my card supports international transaction and everything is good on my local bank side as i confirmed.

It looks like the charge on your debit card keeps getting declined. Please contact your card-issuing bank for more information about the specific charge decline and confirm if they allow recurring transactions on their debit cards as Upwork payments are classified as ’recurring’.


Meantime, you can add an alternative billing method in your account payment options.
