Payment delayed, id verification

Hi,

 

I got an email from you that you need to verify my identity (again, I already left my ID) for me to be able to get my payment. Your email said that somebody would reach out within one business day, but it has been 3 now. I also didn't receive my payment fro over two weeks now. What can I do? I keep being redirected to this community, I cannot even find a way to contact support.
