When I sign in to Upwork there is a notice that my financial transactions are limited. Apparently, Upwork records indicate that I have an outstanding balance. However, when I go to my Payments, it shows a zero balance. When you go to support .... all you get are preprogrammed questions and answers none of which are relevant to my problem and there is no link where I could send an email asking for help.....so I am stuck and unable to use Upwork. Their support is STUNNING AWFUL!!!
