I got payment from my direct contract about 10 days ago. But my payment is not approved yet from upwork. More than 8 working days have been passed. What should I do?? This is my first payment that I received on upwork.

Thank you for your message. Upon checking, I didn't find an active contract or transaction in your account. It looks like your client has not yet accepted your Direct Contract. I'd like to clarify that once the client accepts your contract, you’ll see it on your All Contracts page then the client will be able to release the payment to you.
