Hello, I just completed a milestone for a fixed payment contract and the client has released the funds to me but my upwork balance is still zero and the money hasn't been transferred to my local bank. Can someone please guide me?

When you click on Reports, you will see that your earnings are "Pending". However, you will have to wait for 5 days for fixed contract earnings to be "Available" for you to withdraw.
