Can a client change it? If there’s a conversation with the freelancer and the issue is fixed?

Hi Pamela,

At the moment, clients can't update or change the private feedback.

No, the client can not change it.

The entire JSS system was introduced to because clients were getting to the point where they no longer dare to leave anything other than 5 star public feedback unless a freelancer was literally the worst ever, because too man freelancers were unprofessional enough to argue with clients about their feedback.

The private feedback reflects how the client felt about the contract at the time the contract closed. It can not be changed.
