I completed my profile a week ago, but it still shows prompts to complete certain fields. I have already uploaded relevant data, and the checkmarks are not turning green.

Hey Joanne ! I tried to open it in different browser also clear the cache but the issue remains

I tried replicating the issue, but it doesn't seem to behave that way. Please ensure your browser is up to date when you view it again.
