Hi. I submitted this response via email after I got a message saying my account was "Now Live" but I haven't received a response yet...
"Now live?? I thought I was already live. I submitted 8 proposals and already bought 40 more connects. Is it possible for you all to refund some of those connections?? Does this mean the clients haven’t been able to see the proposals I’ve already sent them?"
But I'd already submitted about 8 proposals and purchased 40 extra connects within the first day of having my account. There was no block or attention message saying my account wasn't live.
Please assist! I would like a refund on my connects if the clients were never able to see my proposals/profile.

Sorry about the delayed response, Sumyr.
I checked and don't see anything wrong with your account. All proposals that you've sent have been delivered to the clients and you can view them under Find Work> Proposals. The email may have been a little delayed, but now your profile is all set.
