Recovering connects from scams?

New to Upwork.  I, unfortunately, have spent many Connects on jobs that have turned out to be scams.  I have reported the messages requesting a Skype interview, but will I ever get my Connects back?

Yes, if Upwork determines they are scams, you will. Migh take awhile, though.
