Will I be refunded if I ended a contract & my freelancer never started contract? How long does it take? Is there a email or contact number so that I can speak to a live person?

Hi Tyisha,

If you end a contract and there are funds in Escrow, it will send an automatic request for refund to the freelancer. If the freelancer approves the refund or does not respond within seven days, the money in escrow will be refunded. Refund credits can take up to five business days to appear.
