Hope everyone is doing well. I am relatively new to UW and was wondering when I can expect to receive a refund for my proposal Connects that were never hired? I have 20 plus proposals out (50 percent of which are older than three weeks). I understand that refunds are provided if a client doe not hire, but how long do they have? In addtion, is there an accounting for used and refunded Connects? Thank you!

Hi Richard,
Connects are refunded only when a client closes their job without hiring or we find a job post has violated our Terms of Service. You can check out the Reports > Connects History page and this help article for more information.

I've seen some open for years. If there is no activity, they expire after 30 days. You don't get connects back when a job expires.
