Is there any way I can remove my profile photo?

Yes. You are allowed to replace your profile photo with a different photo of yourself.

You are allowed to change your profile photo, but if you mean to completely not have a profile photo for your account, I'd like to let you know that it is required. Upwork’s Terms of Use require that you accurately represent yourself. This includes having a profile picture that looks like you. You may want to read this help article for more information.
