Rising Talent connects

Hi! Could you tell me please if my 30 connects for rising talent will be vanish in 1 month with other my connects, or they are eternal?

If you are in plus membership the connects will be rollover to your next billing cycle. If not they will expire.

In the past I have seen in some instances Upwork issues the unused connects as bonus for basic members if they got the connects at the very last moment of the billing cycle. But it is completely upto them to give such roll-over.
