Faisal, I disagree with you. If the client is already interviewing someone, chances are he will hire that person. You can apply, but keep in mind that it might be a waste of time and CONNECTS. I would only apply if my chances of getting the job are excellent and if my situation allows me to spend connects without being too careful.
