Hello,

I have submitted work for payment but my client is late answering me. Deadline was yesterday. will it affect my profile badly? This is only first milestone, he doesn`t want to continue, because he doesn`t like my design. This design was only drafts, but he doesn`t understand it. I want to protect my waiting. Please help

Hi Beka,

I checked and see you already submitted the first Milestone, please make sure not to use the Resubmit button again in order to avoid resetting the count-down timer. 

If the client has simply stopped responding but the milestone was funded in escrow, then the client has a period of 14 days from the most recent work submission on a milestone to review and request any changes, after which the funds will automatically be released from escrow to you.
