Hi, there community,
I have an Upwork profile and I have been facing this issue 'You need to provide your tax information to withdraw earnings'

Now my profile is a non-exclusive freelancer profile associated with an agency, so whose name should I put under my Tax information, The agency CEO, or mine and whose name should I put under tax information for the agency profile? Please guide me a bit further about this

Hi Sulman,

You should use your own information when filling our your Tax Information section. As a Non-Exclusive agency member, you can choose to either work independently or associated with the agency on a contract to contract basis. Contracts you work on independently are paid to you directly, and those worked in association with the agency are paid to the agency account. my Tax information is from Pakistan so should I change my profile region to Pakistan then?
