Unable to Add hubspot inbound marketing certification

My name is Alex and I have completed the inbound marketing certificate at Hubspot and I have no way of adding it to my Upwork account is there anyone to help me to sort out the problem.

If you try to enter a certification, not on the list, you’ll have the opportunity to Suggest a Certification. Occasional additions will be made to the Add form. If your certification is not on the list, you can also add it as a portfolio item and showcase it to your potential clients. Thank you.
