Unable to buy connects

Dear Upwork Team,

 

For last one year, we are unable to buy connects as payment is not going successful; Upon submission of the the OTP, it takes back to the previous page, no status at all whether payment is failed or any other issue.

 

When payment is already available(received from client), we are able to buy connects from that balance but currently balance is not available.

 

We had contacted Upwork a few months back but there was no response, neither there is another way to contact Upwork, not sure how to resolve the issue.

Thank you for your message. I am sorry to hear about the issue with purchasing Connects. Could you try an alternate card or a different billing method to check if you have the same issue?

Thank you for your response.

 

For our monthly agency subscription, auto payment is cut from the same card so we are sure there is no issue of card.

 

There should be a solution for it, please advise.
