When should I have video verification?

It has been a month since I worked on upwork as a freelancer.
I have already passed ID verification and completed several jobs successfully.
My colleagues said me that I should pass the video verification.
When should I have that?
And what questions may I have at that time?
My English is not perfect, so I have to prepare some things for that.

Apart from this, when can I award the top reated badge?
I have already awarded rising talent and job sucess badge.

I'd be happy if you help me.
