Why i dont receive "JUST NOW" job posts?

The most recent job posts I received was dated 8 minutes ago.

Hi Ednalyn, 

It's very likely that there are not job posts available based on the filters you have applied for your save search. Try saving a new search based on a new keyword, and/or filters this time, to see if this will have a significant change on your job feed.

I have tried adding up new searches and filter it out, unfortunately, same
thing happens.. The recent job posts that is being filtered out when
refresh the page is 5 minutes, or 3 minutes, but never had seen POSTED NOW
job posts.

I am just new in Upwork and checking if this is normal for any job feed.

Hi Ednalyn,

What is the difference about Just now and 3-5 minutes, why you pay attention on that? If you send proposal in first 1-2 minutes, the client will know that your proposal is copy/paste. Clients hate copy/paste proposals. I don't see that option too, and I don't remember did I ever see "Just now" job. Don't westing your time with that.
