Why is my sent proposal being not available at the proposal list?

I placed a bid for a job on up-work last night. It was showing at the proposal list at night and I could see all the information. But in the morning when I open the proposal list, the job cannot be seen there. Can anyone please tell me why this could happen?

View your connect history, You will see the status of your proposed job.
Click on available connects > view Connect history

It means that the job is closed i.e. the client has hired someone else. Two things happen when a hire for a job post is completed: 1. the proposal will dissappear from the submitted proposals and 2. the job you applied for will no longer remain available.
