Why should we end contract?

I have finished my first job on Upwork and received payment for what I already worked on.


The customer created a milestone of 200 USD but he then figured out he is very busy to follow with me on this project so I just took 45 USD for the part I already finished.

Now, I want to know should I end the contract and why we end it?
I know if I ended it, he will not give feedback as was not responsive at all.

Also, when I tried to end it, it tells me that there are 155 USD in escrow, so I did not know what to do with this case?!

I checked your account, and I was able to locate the contract you're referring to. I see that you have already ended the contract, and the client has been refunded for the remaining funds for the milestone. The client also has 14 days to provide feedback for you. The feedback period is 14 days from the end of a contract. The system is double-blind, which means that feedback won't be visible until both parties provide it for each other. You can check this help article for more information. Thank you!
