account suspended

Hi everyone I hope you are fine, I decided to join Upwork and I did the account, but the problem is that I did a submit that happened before completing my account by mistake, and now I completed my account, but it was still not accepted. Help me and I will be happy to join the best freelancing platform, thank you 🙂
