connects

hi

I am on the free plan at the moment ....if I have 10 connects a month, does that mean I can only spend 10 connects in that month or can I buy more connects to spend in that same month ?  If I am limited to spending just 10 a month that means I could only apply to 5 jobs a month (assuming they are 2 connects each) ....Have I understood that correctly?

Thanks

ACCEPTED SOLUTION

The free plan gives you 10 connects each month. You can spend as many connects as you want to. I had once spent 150+ in a span of a month. Try not to do that, you might find yourself loosing more money than you are making instead try learning how to spot real clients and apply to their posts. Keep things simple.

- You can buy additional connects anytime, they cost $1.5 for every 10
- Each time you submit a proposal and get interview, you win some connects (up to 10) and they are credited on the next day or so
- If you take and pass the 'upwork readiness test' you get something like 40 connects if i am not mistaken(only the first time)

Thank you  Luqman.

At the moment I have 78 connects left ( I have spent 2) So if I am on the free plan, am I limited to spending just 10 connects a month or can I  spend more?

Thanks again
