debit card charge

I process my payment  from upork to my paypal   and what I usually do is transfer  my paypal money to my husband paypal account   so he'll be  the one to withdraw the money  from his  debit card,  I been doing that for more than 1 year now  and I dont have any  problem until today oct 4  .  he received the money  from is account/debit card but there is a deduction  and it shows as " POS W/D SV Freelancer London MC GBR 827713371693  anyone knows  about this pls help

Please contact PayPal to check about any additional fees that may have been applied. Also, please note that you need to either own or be an authorized co-signer on the payment method you add to your Upwork account. Please check this help article for more information. Thanks!
