payment issue

hello,
I requested payment from my Upwork account to my Payoneer account and they did not accept it and the payment still pending so I called Payoneer support to try to return the payment to my Upwork account but they told me to contact Upwork to cancel the payment, so how could I solve this problem and return the payment to my Upwork account.

I have some issues with payment that went from Upwork to Payoneer, then I could not withdraw it from Payoneer so now I need it back to my Upwork account. is it possible?
