Hello, all of my "cases" show as solved but it still does not let me use the website as there is a "problem" with my profile. It takes me to the Messages center but everything says solved. How can I get around this so I can get set up and ready on this platform?

I checked with our team about your profile, and I would recommend you to change your profile photo, not to have your hands in front of your face. Please provide a photo which clearly shows your face, and once you have edited your profile accordingly, you may submit it for review, and hopefully, it gets approved.
