What do you mean saying unlock? If it's set to private, ask your client to post the job and you'll be able to apply to it.

Hi Armen,
Your profile was set to private due to not having earned in the last 30 days. Please check this announcement, and also refer to the notification sent to you about your profile visibility status. To change your profile status, on your Find Work page, hover your mouse pointer on visibility for options to have your profile switched to public.
