4 months passed but my total jobs not yet showing correctly

I have completed over 4,000 jobs, but my profile summary only shows 736 total jobs. I have contacted Upwork support, but for the last four months, they have been saying they are working to fix this issue. However, it has not been resolved yet. I'm feeling very frustrated now.
