Tax Deducted at 5% instead of 1%

I have already uploaded  my entity's PAN on the upwork profile still TDS is being deducted at 5% instead of 1%. Can anyone help to rectify the same and in case any action to be taken at my end do initmate me.

I got taxed at 6.66% . I dont' know how or why. For a contract of 300 USD, 20 USD got dedeucted as tax. I don't know how. Is it possible to get back the excess taxed amount?
